晴天の週末は、ファーマーズマーケット！Sunny day at the Farmer' Market!
週末は天気が非常によかったので、青山の国連大学で行われているファーマーズマーケットに行ってきました。
Since it was very sunny on the weekend, I've decided to go to the Farmer's Market that takes place under the building of United Nations University at Aoyama area in Tokyo.
6月の2日・3日に参加する Go Green Market も野外で行われるマーケットなので、リサーチがてらにぶらぶら。噂は兼ねてから聞いていましたが、実際に足をのばしたのは今回が初です！どんなモノなのか胸がドキドキしました。
The Go Green Market, which we will participate on June 2nd and 3rd, will be an outdoor market. We have never participated the outdoor market event, therefore going to the Farmer's Market was a good research opportunity.
東京メトロの表参道駅B2出口をでて、渋谷方面に歩くと3~4分で見えてくる国連大学の建物。その建物の足元で、週末に開催されているのがファーマーズマーケットです。「ファーマーズマーケットとは、農、食、買い物、そして日々の生活について再考する場（オフィシャルホームページから抜粋）」がコンセプトです。農家の方々が、一般のお客さんに対し自分の育てた農作物を直接販売することができる、またお客さんも、生産者の顔を見ることができる場として、都内では非常に人気の高いイベントです。
United Nations University is located 3~4 minutes walk from B2 exit of Omotesandou station, and the Farmer's Market takes place on the open space of United Nations University. At the Farmer's Market, farm producers could distribute their produce directly to their consumers, and vice versa. It's very rare opprotunity for both producers and consumers, therefore this event is quite popular in Tokyo.
野菜をはじめコンフィチュール（ジャム）やパン、食品以外の物販ではバスケットやエコバッグ等が販売されています。
At the Farmer's Market, attendees could purchase produce, preserves, and bread. You could also purchase hand-made baskets and eco-bags.
飲食店の出展も豊富で、焼きたてのピザやタコス、コーヒーやビールを買うことができ、その場で食べるスペースもありました。
Attendees could enjoy food such as pizzas and tacos, and beverage such as coffee and beer.
皆さんも、週末に友達やご家族と一緒に行ってみて下さい。楽しいですよ!

1 Round Knock Out! James Murashige dominated Kourakuen Hall! 東日本新人王予選にてジェームス村重選手が１R K.O.勝ち！
以前当ブログでご紹介したプロボクサーのジェームス村重さん。2012年5月8日に後楽園ホールで行われた「東日本新人王」に参戦し、1R1分9秒で見事K.O.で勝利しました！
In the previous entry, we have introduced James Murashige, but for those who don't know him, he is a professional boxer with the winnig record. On May 8th, 2012 he won a match with a knokck out 1minute and 9 seconds into the 1st round at Kourakuen Hall.
ジェームス選手の試合は何度か拝見したことがあるのですが、K.O.を見たのは初めて！彼のK.O.で海上も大いに盛り上がりました。
I have seen him fight couple time on the ring, but it was my first time to see him win with a knock out.
試合前「トランクスにJUJUBEEのロゴ入れたよ」と連絡があり、JUJUBEEのロゴが予想以上にでかくプリントされていてちょっと驚き。
He gave us a call before the match and told me, "I have printed your brand logo on my trunks." It was surpirsingly big.

Musician and JUJUBEE!音楽家も JUJUBEE を愛用！
The gentleman in this photo is Eric Zay, a singer-song writer and a multi instrumentalist with incredible talents. He plays a variety of musical instruments ranging from guitar, drums, bass, keyboards and vocals to add in all sorts of genres. Aside from touring and recording, he also composes music for T.V. and movie sound tracks as well as produces other artists. If you have lived in Japan at all, you definitely must have heard his music on the screens and or on the radio. "JUJUBEE-Optic frames or sunglasses! I have always and will only wear JUJUBEE," says Eric. He is a die hard JUJUBEE fan. Eric always wears a pair of JUJUBEE for his live shows and concerts, and advertises JUJUBEE products on our behalf. He is wearing a pair of J5464. They're very difficult model to wear, and they don't look good on everyone. However, Eric looks very good in this pair. Thank you for being a fan of JUJUBEE for many years. You're support means a lot for our brand.

ただならぬ雰囲気を漂わせながら写真に写っているのはエリック・ゼイ（Eric Zay）氏。その類まれな音楽の才能はギター、ベース、ドラム、キーボード等の楽器の演奏から、作詞、作曲、プロデュース等、カテゴリに縛られることなくマルチに活動している、正に「音楽家」と言っても過言ではない人物です。自身のツアーやレコーディングの他に、テレビコマーシャルへの楽曲提供や映画のサウンドトラック等も手がけており、皆さんもスクリーンやラジオで一度は彼の楽曲を聴いたことがあるはず。そんなエリックさんは「メガネとサングラスは JUJUBEE 以外はかけない」というほど、コアな JUJUBEE ファン。ライブでは必ず着用し、ゲストで出演したラジオ番組等でも必ず JUJUBEE を宣伝してくれます。彼が写真でかけているのは、J5464のサーモント型伊達メガネです。非常に顔を選ぶタイプのメガネで、似合わない人がかけると全く似合わないのですが、エリック氏はばっちり似合ってます。エリックさん、長年JUJUBEEを愛用頂き本当にありがとうございます。これからも応援しますので、JUJUBEE のことも引き続き応援して下さい！
